Spend a spring weekend at Knepp Estate exploring birdsong, animals and rewilded landscape through a Goethean practice of attentive observation.
Knepp has become one of Britain’s most remarkable rewilding landscapes: a place shaped by free-roaming animals, scrub, woodland, wetland and an extraordinary richness of birdlife. In May, it is also one of the best places in Britain to hear the nightingale.
This weekend is not primarily about identifying species or collecting ecological facts. Instead, we will practise a slower and more participatory way of seeing and listening.

Full Weekend
Includes the complete programme from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, with all guided dawn chorus, nightingale and Goethean nature observation sessions. Not included: accommodation, food and drinks, travel, or personal expenses. Accommodation must be booked separately — please book early, as Knepp’s camping, glamping and shepherd’s huts are very popular.
