Refund Policy

If we have to cancel

If, for any reason, we have to cancel an event, you are entitled to a full refund.

Non-refundable deposits

As a small business, we incur ongoing costs to organize our events and experiences. To help cover these, all bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit will be retained. Remaining payments may be refundable depending on the timing of your cancellation, in accordance with the terms stated for each event.

If you have to cancel

  • Refunds:

    • Cancellations made more than 3 months before the event start date: 80% refund of the total booking fee (deposit retained).

    • Cancellations made between 3 months and 6 weeks prior to the event: 50% refund of the total booking fee (deposit retained).

    • Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event: no refund.

  • Event-Specific Terms: Some events may have additional cancellation conditions. Please check the event details at the time of booking.
